Company Description
The Global Data Privacy Operations, Sr. Analyst will manage the coordination and tracking of the programs related to data privacy practices, and report directly to the Associate Director, Program Management. You will calibrate all activities between the data privacy operations team and report on status and program health. You will contribute in supporting the Global Data Privacy Program regarding training, information, guidance and promoting overall compliance.
Job Description
The Global Data Privacy Operations, Sr. Analyst will be responsible for:
- Develop status and reporting to provide project clarity to team members and leadership to ensure deliverables.
- Responsible for privacy program record management in applicable software systems.
- Ensuring project requirements are captured, documented, and maintained within business systems.
- Document existing and newly defined privacy program components and activities, according to regulatory and requirements.
- Contribute to operational process improvements.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure agreement, timing, implementation, and tracking of data privacy projects.
- Identify and and requirements to drive project completion while and collaboratively.
- Help with preparing clear and accurate inputs and analysis for monthly, quarterly, and yearly privacy reports.
- Schedule and document data privacy operations meetings with partners.
- Providing support for implementation of any new laws and requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in policy, cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science.
- Three years professional work experience in project management, privacy program management, or compliance.
- Understanding of process improvement or operations techniques and methods.
- Ability to present information in an organized manner.
- Experience working within a media agency environment.
- Knowledge of privacy and/or digital advertising including programmatic is experience in creative and/or healthcare advertising is also highly advantageous Solid knowledge of Excel and other software tools such as MS Planner and Visio beneficial.
- Familiarity with OneTrust.
- CIPP/US/E/CIPM or CIPT, or ability and willingness to obtain within a year.

Compensation Range: $70,000-$110,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
