Our client, a global healthcare technology company, is seeking a Contract Privacy Consultant to support its privacy operations across APAC and the EU. This engagement will focus on DSARs, privacy assessments, data governance, incident response support, and privacy program operations. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated privacy experience in a multinational environment, strong knowledge of GDPR and APAC privacy laws, experience managing day-to-day privacy operations, and the ability to work independently across global stakeholders. Candidates must be able to work APAC business hours. This is a 6-month contract engagement to start, subject to extension.
We are looking for someone who can assist with:
- DSR handling and customer privacy inquiries
- Privacy assessments (vendor assessments, DPIAs, TIAs, etc.)
- Data governance support, including RoPA maintenance
- Data exfiltration incident response support
- Maintenance of privacy notices, policies, and SOPs
- Data Privacy Day planning and related training activities
- Demonstrated privacy experience, preferably within a multinational company, ideally in the healthcare or medical device industry
- IAPP certifications such as CIPP/A, CIPP/E, or CIPM preferred
- Solid privacy knowledge about GDPR, AU Privacy Act, SEA (SG/MA/TH/VN) privacy laws etc.
- Strong familiarity with privacy operations and day-to-day program management
- Ability to work independently across multiple stakeholders and regions
- Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
