Our client, a global leader in smart access solutions and connected devices, is seeking a CPO-as-a-Service privacy leader to support the privacy program on an interim, contract basis. This privacy leader support the vision and strategy of data privacy compliance in accordance with the company's fundamental values and business objectives and work on the development, management, and implementation of the company’s privacy posture, data ethics, and general compliance program. This is a heavily cross-functional role, partnering across the business, including product, marketing, and engineering teams, to balance risk with business opportunity as it relates to privacy and compliance.
The successful candidate will be a sophisticated, knowledgeable leader, particularly related to product and the company’s connected services model. The ideal candidate will fluently understand the best ways to leverage privacy tools, such as OneTrust. This is a remote position with occasional travel to Chicago.
