Our client, a prominent public sector organization, is seeking a dedicated Contract Privacy Project Manager to join their team. This remote position is open to candidates anywhere in the U.S. and will begin as a six-month contract with the possibility of extension up to one year. The Project Manager will support privacy matters across various business units and should have hands-on experience conducting Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and supporting HIPAA compliance initiatives. This individual should have experience managing internal and external vendors and partnering closely with Security, Legal, IT, and other internal teams. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, hold a CIPP certification, and have a strong understanding of managing a large global data protection function and related standard operating procedures. Strong knowledge of global data privacy frameworks and regulations, including GDPR and CCPA, is also required. Candidates who hold a PMP certification will be prioritized.
