Our client, a boutique data privacy consulting firm, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented project management guru to join their growing team as a Privacy Program Manager! The ideal candidate will preferably have experience either in consulting or corporate needs and is well-versed in juggling the needs and projects of several clients. The Privacy Program Manager will be responsible for proactively maintaining each client project schedule, ensuring that all project tasks are executed timely, and helping to identify any risks and roadblocks. This individual will be communicating directly with project team members and clients throughout various projects, including scheduling meetings and issuing project communications such as status reports, sending deliverables, receiving and relaying feedback, anticipating delays that may occur on the client side, and apprising the team of any changes in the client’s needs. This is the role that keeps the consultants and management on task and ensures on-time deliverables and open communication with the client. Candidates should have an interest in and a basic understanding of data privacy concepts. Prior work in client-facing projects and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or equivalent) is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
- Proactively maintaining each client project schedule and ensuring that all tasks for each project are being done timely and helping to identify any risks and roadblocks
- Communicating directly with project team members and clients throughout our various projects. This may include scheduling meetings, issuing project communications, including status reports, sending deliverables, receiving and relaying feedback, anticipating delays that may occur on the client side, and apprising the team of any changes in the client’s needs, and more.
- Coordinating marketing-related projects, including timeline creation, managing production schedules, working with contractors, and more
