You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Oversee and lead compliance for Professional Corporation (PC) and Management Service Organization (MSO) strategy across all 50 states
- Lead renewals and program management in Hi-Trust certified organization
- Work with clinical, operations, and product teams to ensure compliance with applicable healthcare laws and regulations
- Spearhead Pharmacy and telehealth oversight with existing compliance team spanning 50 states
- Oversee pharmacy and medical insurance compliance
- Oversee compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations
- Oversee Certification and Accreditation requirements for providers
- Lead compliance monitoring to identify process gaps, validates compliance levels, drafts corrective actions/remediation plans, oversees implementation of corrective actions, prepares reports/presentations
- Collaborate with other legal, regulatory affairs, and compliance professionals cross-functionally to ensure regulatory and contractual requirements are met
- Work closely with business partners, from front-line to senior leaders, to provide a compliance strategy and support business accountability for that strategy
We’re excited about you because…
- 5+ years of experience working in a government, legal, healthcare, managed care and/or health insurance environment in a regulatory, privacy or compliance role
- 3+ years of experience in a role directly managing key aspects of a compliance program
- 3+ years of experience with state, HIPAA, and other federal privacy laws
- Experience building and leading privacy and compliance within the telehealth space
- Experience leading audits and major program initiatives (HITRUST)
- Ability and interest in learning new areas of compliance within healthcare when needed
- Excel working in a very fast paced environment
- Ability to work efficiently and directly with external counsel
- Knowledge of telehealth landscape and associated compliance requirements preferred
- You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred
