Our client, an internationally recognized law firm, is seeking a Data Privacy Attorney to join its growing team in New York, San Francisco, Chicago, or Washington, D.C. The firm advises a broad range of emerging growth and public companies, leading technology and life sciences companies, financial institutions, and major media organizations on the full spectrum of privacy and cybersecurity matters. This role offers a dynamic mix of compliance counseling (including CCPA, CPRA, GDPR and other global privacy regimes), incident response and preparedness, transactional privacy support, regulatory investigations, and complex privacy and data security litigation, including class actions. The ideal candidate will bring meaningful experience in privacy compliance, investigations, and/or litigation, strong academic credentials, sharp analytical and writing skills, and the ability to work directly with sophisticated clients while leading significant projects in a collaborative environment.
Expected salary for this role is $310,000-420,000, commensurate with experience, training, skills, qualifications, and other market factors.
