MAIN CHALLENGE
Support the Privacy Product Owner in organizing and driving privacy initiatives by structuring information, coordinating operational follow-up across multiple projects, and helping ensure privacy requirements are well integrated into Gameloft's products and services.
WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
- Assist the Privacy Product Owner in reviewing privacy initiatives, gathering information, and structuring them into clear project plans.
- Maintain structured documentation of requirements, action items, and decisions.
- Coordinate operational follow-up with teams, ensuring tasks move forward and reporting back on progress.
- Help prepare summaries, reports, and updates for the Privacy Product Owner and stakeholders.
- Track timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple initiatives to keep projects organized.
- Provide ad hoc research, analysis, and documentation to support decision-making.
- Assist in defining and reviewing testing approaches to verify privacy requirements have been implemented as specified.
- Provide input on gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities to improve how privacy is integrated into products and workflows.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to grasp technical concepts and explain them in a simplified format.
- Experience with project coordination, business analysis, or similar support functions.
- Familiarity with privacy/data protection topics is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
