The Personal Data Protection Analyst is expected to lead daily GDPR business-as-usual duties within 1st Line of Defense (1LoD), supporting CIB clients in achieving their objectives in terms of compliance with Privacy by Design principles and other data protection requirements, in close interaction with the CIB Central Data Office, the SPOC network (1LoD) and the DPC/ DPO network (2LoD). It is mandatory experience/academic background on EU GDPR. Knowledge of other Privacy laws and regulations is a plus.
Qualifications
- Main Tasks:
- Ensure CIB project validation processes comply with Privacy by Design principles, and supporting Project Managers on their data protection activities - Practice;
- Manage incoming external and internal requests in the Outlook inbox CIB GDPR DESK, including Data Subject Rights Requests - Practice;
- Publish the CIB GDPR DESK periodic report and manage a dedicated SharePoint space - Practice;
- Contribute to disseminating a culture of personal data protection within CIB- Practice;
- Develop and share best practices with the data protection network - Practice;
- Technical Skills:
- Full proficiency in MSOffice suite - Expert
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies - Practice
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills - Mastery;
- Attention to detail and a high sense of rigor and organization - Expert;
- Ability to synthesize and simplify complex concepts to a senior audience -Expert;
