Position : Principal, Compliance (InfoSec & Privacy Compliance Monitoring)
Role Overview :
The InfoSec and Privacy compliance Monitoring team have mission identifying non-compliance by monitoring and assessing whether the employees and services across Taiwan business that handling confidential information such as personal information are complying with the regulations, certifications requirements and supporting the prompt remediate of identified risk factors.
What You Will Do:
- Conduct and manage the compliance monitoring program for InfoSec and Privacy area.
- Conduct the regular compliance monitoring plan and conduct the compliance monitoring across systems, applications and identify the non-compliance issues and remediation.
- Conduct the regular consignee inspection plan and conduct the inspection and identify the non-compliance issues and remediation.
- Suggest remediations or alternatives to defects identified through monitoring
- Assess InfoSec and Privacy compliance risks and set priorities based on risk level.
- Help mitigate and remediate the InfoSec and Privacy compliance risks.
- Track regulatory changes and assess their impact on company’s security and privacy posture.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- More than 8 years of InfoSec and Privacy compliance monitoring experience.
- Familiarity with data protection laws and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Ability to review and provide guidance on InfoSec and Privacy compliance issues.
Remuneration
- Monthly salary of more than NT$ 40,000 (fixed or variable salary varies depending on personal qualifications or performance)
