About the Team:

At Rubrik, our Product Management team is at the forefront of defining the strategy and driving execution to strengthen our leading platform for cyber-resilience. We are dedicated to meeting the ever-changing data management and security needs of our customers and wear multiple hats throughout the different stages in the product lifecycle and set the vision for our growing family of products. As advocates for both our users and our business, Product Managers balance varied perspectives and empower their teams to do great work.

The Hypervisors team within Rubrik's enterprise data protection business holds strategic value and is poised for significant business impact. The team is focused on solving cyber resilience challenges facing enterprises today. You'll be in the room with customers, guiding engineering on technical trade-offs, and leading the go-to-market plan.

About the Role:

As a Senior Product Manager for Hypervisors, you will drive the end-to-end strategy and execution for Rubrik's Hypervisor solution, guaranteeing robust protection against cyber threats and data corruption to our customers. You will partner with engineering, design, and sales, working directly with customers to validate pain points and bring a differentiated, market-leading solution to life. Given the high growth and strategic importance of hypervisor protection at Rubrik and also within the Enterprise Data Protection team, this position is crucial to the company's overall success.

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US Pay Range
$175,500$263,300 USD
